RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY

Goods can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original purchase condition and unworn. Store credits will be granted upon receipt of the item and completion of a condition assessment. Condition assessments are at the reasonable discretion of SPECIAL EFFECTS.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, as well as any import duties and taxes applicable to returns.

PROCESS

1. Kindly ensure your goods are wrapped securely for transit and include your name, contact phone and email, order number and proof of purchase.

3. You will be advised the status of the condition assessment of your returned goods and status of your store credit via email. Credits last for 24 months from the date of issue.
